Product Description
TB Forks, HD springs w/Black TiN Coated uppers, & DNM Shock, 290mm, 300# kit – 2010+ KLX110 RL & KLX110 L

TBparts TiN, HD spring, fork assembly set, and 290mm, 300# DNM shock kit. This combo delivers a serious performance boost for your 2010+ KLX110 or KLX110L’s suspension. Priced together for the best price possible.

TB Fork Assembly Set, HD springs & Black TiN Coated uppers – KLX110 & KLX110L Now available with black titanium nitride coated uppers! Adult weighted springs better suited for adult MX riders when compared to the very soft OEM springs made for kids to slowly trail ride. These forks pair great with our 250-350lb+ DNM rear shocks. Next is the dampening rods. They have been ported to match the heavier springs giving you improved dampening and rebound to keep the front end stable and not just a bouncy “pogo” stick. It is also lengthened giving you extra travel! Finally, we intergraded an OEM style bushing/guide inside the fork bottom for added strength that the original Kawasaki KLX110L forks do not have. Altogether you cannot beat the “out of the box” performance and value this complete fork set offers.

Key Features:

HD springs better suited for adult riders – Work well with our 250-350LB rear DNM shocks

Improved dampening rod for better dampening and rebound Strengthened with extra bushings

Gloss black fork bottom with TB logo cast in

Taller KLX110 L & RL Models – These forks are the same length, but offer +10mm of travel

Titanium nitride coated uppers don’t just enhance the look, they are extremely functional in this application. First it is about two times harder (on the Vickers hardness scale) compared to traditional chrome coated uppers. This will greatly improve wear and scratch resistance to improve the reliability and life of your fork set. The next big advantage in this application is lubricity. The smoother coating helps the uppers glide through the fork seals and bushings for an even more consistent smooth action.

Advantages of Titanium Nitride Coating:

Increased Hardness, Hardness: 2400 – 2600 Hv compared to Chrome at 940-1210 Hv

Increased Lubricity, Low Coefficient of Friction

Wear & Temperature Resistant

Corrosion resistance

High quality coated for long lasting finish.

Extend life, improve performance, and enhanced appearance TiN coating is applied using a process called physical vapor deposition (PVD).

DNM Rear Shock, 300LB – 290mm Improve your ride and handling with these high quality shocks. DNM has been an integrated part of the suspension industry for more than 40 years. Preload and Rebound Adjustments 300lb Spring rate great for adults under 200lbs (If your a very aggressive rider you may need the larger 350LB spring for hitting larger jumps) Nitrogen Charged Oil Damping

Hard chromed steel 14mm damper shaft

High quality surface finish

Taller KLX110 L & RL Models – 290mm and is for all year models of the KLX110L

Replacement fork seals TBW1615

Emulators for OEM KLX110 forks do not fit our TB forks. Not to mention they reduce travel, require installation, require adjustments to dial in/work properly, & they are relatively costly
